Valentine's Day arrived early at The Life of Pye HQ this year with this stunning Luxury Rose Bouquet* from Prestige Flowers.
Prestige Flowers is an online flower delivery service based in the UK and they kindly sent me one of their luxury Valentine's bouquets to review. I was so impressed with the quality of the flowers and how quickly the flowers were delivered. Not to mention the gorgeous box they were delivered in! Prestige Flowers offers next day delivery, perfect for people who leave present buying to the last minute.. *me*. I also received the tastiest box of chocolates boasting flavours such as Mango, Cocoa Crunch and Peach and Passionfruit, along the softest teddy bear, which was a lovely, unexpected surprise.
I must admit the choccies didn't last long though!
The bouquet I received was a mixture of 12 Rhodes Roses, Copper Ruscus and a selection of foliage. The bouquet was delivered with a really useful care guide and featured some top tips for looking after the roses. One of the tips was to place newly cut stems into an inch of boiling water for 30 seconds to revive any drooping rose heads, which is great to know! Although, I haven't had to do this yet as a week after receiving the bouquet the roses are still looking perfect and have no signs of drooping.
I was so impressed with how the flowers were delivered in a secure box and how fresh they were when they arrived. I also liked that they were already beautifully arranged with the added foliage, so all I had to do was cut the stems and place them into a vase! Ordering a bouquet online is very simple, and you can even add extras like vases, chocolates and balloons, although all Valentine's Day bouquets come with free chocolates anyway!
